My Background

With a background in the Charity sector working with the elderly and Carers, I have always had an interest in health matters and making a positive change to people’s lives.

Losing my father to cancer when I was 19 was a difficult difficult time, but I began to wonder if more could have been done through diet and alternative remedies. I became interested in natural ways of strengthening the body through lifestyle changes and nutrition.

I read as many books as I could find, and collected lots of articles on natural health and healing. I began to understand that the human body can be empowered to heal itself given the right ‘fuel’ and nurturing which was an exciting discovery for me, and has driven my enthusiasm and quest for greater knowledge ever since.

If we treat it with love and respect, it will reward us with energy and vitality.

A Positive Difference

Having dramatically improved my own health conditions through changes in my diet and lifestyle, I know how effective this can be in optimising health – but I also know from my own experience that it can sometimes be an uphill struggle to implement these changes, especially when you may not be feeling well or have no energy.

Any change, however small, can make a positive difference to health and this is what can help Clients to stay with their Plan. This is the "single step" which can start you along the path to optimum health and vitality and beyond.
